Glacier Media Digital is looking for an experienced Account Manager. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and top-notch problem solving skills.

As the Senior Account Manager, you are the liaison with top tier clients to create campaign strategy and ensure success. You are responsible to measure and meet KPIs, support Digital Sales Managers in market, and mentor/train Junior Account Managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create processes for client onboarding, weekly updates, campaign quality control and post-campaign reporting, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Onboard clients and ensure that they are set up properly for all services
  • Ensure that specialists clearly understand and are held accountable for maintaining client goals and KPIs
  • Ensure Pixels and goal tracking are set up to ensure campaigns are measured properly to meet client goals
  • Ensure all assets are collected in a timely manner
  • Create reporting dashboards/templates through the use of third party reporting services
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to reps to deliver to clients
  • Be able to speak to and educate reps/clients on advanced reports and reasoning behind strategy
  • Be responsible for client retention and education of our services
  • Make decisions, solve problems and make communication between external clients and internal teams easy
  • Be an ambassador for our ideas and quality standards and also for our clients’ business objectives and brand standards
  • Prioritize and simultaneously manage many projects and moving parts
  • Work to strict deadlines and budgets, even under pressure
  • Produce clear, concise and accurate briefs, timelines, budgets and invoices

Education, Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous account management experience; ad agency experience is a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
  • Demonstration of strong background in one or more of the following: Website development, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Video and/or Brand Identity
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certification is a must-have
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
